Is MilitaryAgent™ really free? Is there a catch?
No strings attached - free is really free. In most real estate transactions, the seller, not the buyer, pays the real estate agent commissions. In turn, it does not cost anything to use our service, and you receive the benefit of working with a top real estate agent.
In the end, MilitaryAgent™ receives a small referral fee from your real estate agent after you purchase a home. Real estate agents regularly pay referral fees to other agents who refer them clients. In fact, the best agents gladly pay a small referral fee because they do not have to spend as much effort and money to obtain new clients. Instead, they can focus on earning their clients' satisfaction.
How does MilitaryAgent™ decide which agents to work with?
Although we have a large network of agents and we work with only the best, our Agent Specialists interview each potential real estate agent that potentially matches the needs of the military homebuyer. We learn about the agent's professional experience, knowledge of the area, experience with working with military homebuyers, communication and customer service, and other information. Our process ensures each military homebuyer is given the best real estate agent for his or her needs.
What happens after I submit my information?
After submitting your information on our website, you will receive a call from one of our Agent Specialists. Our Agent Specialists are licensed real estate agents, so they know what's important to help you find the best real estate agent. We'll ask you some additional questions and outline the next steps of the process. Once we find the best agent for you and your family, our Agent Specialist will contact you again with the name of the agent as well as additional information.
Your real estate agent will contact you (usually by phone) to discuss your real estate needs. Of course, we will always be available to help you with any questions along the way.
What if I still do not find the right agent for me?
If for some reason you and your recommended real estate agent aren't the right fit, simply let us know by sending us an email at support@militaryagent.net. We will get a better understanding of your needs so we can attempt to find you a different agent.
